You will need to attach the following documents to this application;

Plans showing the buildings siting and,
Floor plan and elevations and,
Copy of Title (for regulation 130 only) and,
Completed ‘ Neighbours Response - Report and Consent Application’ Form.

If a planning permit is required, this Report and Consent application with not be assessed until a planning decision is made.
